Turbidity Monitor
Turbidity is an important parameter used to indicate physical water quality. A turbidity monitor can be used to provide continuous measurement of water quality outputting information to telemetry so scientists and engineers can access data trends to determine operational performance.
The turbidity monitor can be supplied with either white light or infrared light sources depending upon the application. Various designs are available to cover drinking water applications measuring filtered water and conversely waste streams containing significant particulate. For convenience a probe design may also allow direct measurement within tanks and within pipes. Alternatively for drinking water applications, a flow cell design is often adopted as the preferred style of measurement.
Pollution & Process Monitoring is able to offer both style of turbidity monitor with the ability to display information locally and output data continuously to telemetry.
